Write today

By Sandra Lee Schubert | October 26, 2008

I am off for a full day. I wanted to get a quick post in.  Take the time to write today. Even if it is just five minutes or 50 words. Do what you can.  Write in your journal.  Write your book.  Write a friend.

Try writing in different formats; in crayon, with your fingers, typing, with a pen. Discuss writing over coffee.  5 minutes of writing could build quite a collection of work at the end of the week.

Pick up a copy of Writing About Your Life - by William Zinsser it is a helpful book for how to write about your life.

In the meantime take care and write today.
